DUMP TRAILER RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Delmar Dump Trailers ("Owner") and the customer identified below ("Renter"). By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees to rent the equipment described below subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. EQUIPMENT

One (1) 15 yard XL (7x16) dump trailer, together with all attached equipment and accessories (the "Equipment"). Renter acknowledges receiving the Equipment in good working condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear excepted.

3. RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period begins and ends on the dates shown in the Booking Details above. Equipment returned late will incur an additional day's rental charge of $129 for each day or partial day beyond the scheduled return date.

4. PAYMENT

The total shown in the Booking Details is due at signing and will be charged to the payment card provided with this booking. Delivery within a 30-mile radius is $49; delivery is FREE on rentals of 7 or more days.

5. PERMITTED USE AND PROHIBITED MATERIALS

The Equipment may be used only for lawful hauling and disposal of general debris. The following are strictly prohibited: hazardous or toxic materials, liquids, paints, oils, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, refrigerants or appliances containing refrigerants, medical waste, and any material prohibited by law. Renter is solely responsible for any fines, cleanup costs, or damages resulting from prohibited materials.

6. LOADING LIMITS

Maximum load capacity is 15 cubic yards, loaded no higher than the top rail, with a maximum gross weight of lbs. Renter is responsible for any overweight fees, towing damage, or damage to the Equipment caused by overloading.

7. TOWING REQUIREMENTS (IF RENTER TOWS)

If Renter picks up the Equipment, Renter represents that the tow vehicle and hitch are properly rated for the Equipment, that Renter holds a valid driver's license and insurance, and that Renter will secure all loads according to applicable law.

8. DAMAGE, LOSS, AND CLEANING

Renter is responsible for all damage to or loss of the Equipment during the rental period, including tires, gates, hydraulics, and cranks, except normal wear. Equipment returned excessively dirty or containing prohibited materials is subject to cleaning and disposal fees at Owner's actual cost.

9. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Renter assumes all risk of use of the Equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from Renter's possession or use of the Equipment, except to the extent caused by Owner's gross negligence.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Equipment rental and may be signed electronically. An electronic signature has the same legal effect as an original signature.

By signing below, Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
